Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Engineer to provide technical expertise and scalable support for our Custom IC Analog Design tools, Analog and Mixed Signal simulation, and Virtuoso Analog Design Environment products.

As an Application Specialist and knowledge team member, expected to have strong understanding of Analog and Mixed-signal design principles and methodologies and work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address customer issues, drive scalable support through knowledge initiatives, and enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise and support for Custom IC Analog Design and Verification, Mixed Signal Verification, working directly with worldwide customers. Debug complex issues and provide solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and drive scalable support through knowledge initiativesWorking experience on Liberate products is a plus.Working closely with R&D and Engineering to identify and prioritize the product improvement initiatives through formal methods and help in the customer adoption.Develop and maintain technical knowledge in relevant areas, including Virtuoso Analog Design Environment, Spectre APS/ Spectre X/Spectre FX/ Spectre RF and AMS Designer simulatorsUtilize strong problem-solving and debugging skills to resolve complex technical issuesMentor junior-level application engineers and provide guidance on technical matters. Assume technical leadership roles in small teams as needed.

Job Qualification

BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.5-7yrs hands-on experience with Analog/Mixed Signal Design and Verification/EDA tools.
