Due to the nature of the work, which includes handling AT&T subscriber content (voice, SMS, voicemail, etc.) for law enforcement agencies under legal orders, discretion and careful communication are paramount. **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** + Using programming language and technology, writes code, completes programming and documentation, and performs testing and debugging of applications. + Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs. + May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications. + Work with future target architectures, but must be willing to gain knowledge to include prior platforms, languages and tools. + Release/migration participation as SME and Tier4 production issue resolution (Overnight responsibilities at times) **Qualifications:** + Preferred Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer nanodegree; or equivalent experience. + Requires 5-8 years experience. + The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in both development and network node management or demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire such expertise. + Requires a willingness and ability to understand, learn and connect both old and new technologies as AT&T's requirements do not change regarding legal compliance. + Able to work with restful interfaces, Post, Get, XML, and WSDLs + Unix/Linux RedHat 8.x + Shell Script/make/Git/Autoconfig/libtool/OpenSSL + Perl + Python + CI/CD experience + Requires Daily Office Presence (3-5 days a week) in Bothell, Washington or Middletown, New Jersey.
