YOUR IMPACT
As part of our Professional Services unit, you will support our enterprise customers from the Energy and Engineering sector by deploying our engineering and asset information management software solutions (which enable our customers to build and operate their power plants, transmission grids, drilling rigs, refineries, container ships, and pipelines). You will design the configuration and integration into the infrastructure of our customers. With a lot of personal responsibility and deep technical understanding, you will lead our customer deployment projects.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Leading the deployment of OpenText ECM products at our customers by designing, installing, configuring, integrating them into the customer's IT landscape, based on premise and on cloud; The aim of your deployment activities is to plan, optimize and implement complex system landscapes or to roll them out through the deployment stages
Submitting product feature requests to the Product Management and R&D department based on customer feedback and industry trendsHelping to set up the project management systems (WBS) and business agreements (SOW) before starting the deployment project
Optimizing and standardizing the Knowledge Management for a distributed team across the USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East and India (FasTrak
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
University degree in Computer Science or equivalentAt least 6 years of experience in software deployment projectsAt least 3 years of experience in OpenText Enterprise Content Management ProductsOrganizational skills and a strong client focusAbility to work independently with positive problem-solving attitudeExcellent communication skills in English
