As part of the Health & Benefits team, this role is primarily to develop and grow our H&B business in Malaysia. This would include active business development and pipeline management, provide technical training, client sales/ servicing support and to deliver on H&B strategy and BD projects.
The Role
Support health & benefits projects and proposals development Project delivery and account management. This would include serving as the contact for internal stakeholders and clients on delivery of services. Sales management, ensuring the progress against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality standards Develop benefits propositions, liaising & negotiating with stakeholders and prepare client solutions & recommendations. This would include (but not limited to) day to day vendor collaboration, building/refining processes and developing marketing/sales materials Manage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to Practice Leader Conduct benchmarking studies and other research; provide value added analyses and summaries Analyse and compare vendor products, services and contracts Design, distribute and evaluate responses to surveys and RFPs Communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues and clients regarding data collection and project execution Maintain and update of all sales material Claims analysis report writing Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levelsThe Requirements
Strong EB business development background.
