Provide\ncounsel to senior management within the company, draft and negotiate complex domestic\nand international agreements with customers, coordinate with\noutside legal counsel for customer project financing deals and customer\ndisputes, and provide compliance trainings to UPO and Honeywell clients. You will anticipate and mitigate\npotential legal problems within the organization and develop strategies to\navoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.

Key ResponsibilitiesDraft Licensing Agreements, Engineering Agreements, Guarantee Agreements, Alliance Agreements, Equipment Sales Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Distributorship Agreements and Sales and Purchase of Products Agreements.Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders to help sell new products and offerings.Negotiate agreements with external customers.Settle customer disputes.Provide compliance trainings and guidance on antibribery/anticorruption, sanctions, export controls, and competition law.Interpret new laws and regulations and their impacts on the business.Support day to day Corporate Compliance activities.Perform due diligence work related to mergers, acquisitions and other strategic investments.YOU MUST HAVEJuris Doctor (JD) degree.5+ years of law firm or in-house experience.Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.WE VALUEGovernment contracting experience preferred.Energy sector experience or construction/EPC experience preferred.Significant experience in litigation and commercial contracting.Ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines.Strong business acumen.Strong sense of integrity and ethics.Good judgment and decision-making skills.An inclusive working environment.Additional InformationJOB ID: HRD253174Category: LegalLocation: Av Tambore 267,Barueri,SAO PAULO,06460-000,BrazilExemptGlobal (ALL)
