Position Overview... We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Audiovisual Design/System Engineer to join our team. This outstanding opportunity allows you to work on ambitious projects with a global impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, innovation, and project management, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. This position requires a deep understanding of audiovisual systems and the ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion. Experience in enterprise service management and working at a global scale is helpful.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain audiovisual systems for various projects.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, user manuals, and project plans.

Lead and manage numerous projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment to quality standards.

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive innovation and improve existing systems.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for audiovisual systems.

Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies to ensure our systems remain innovative.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong technical writing skills with the ability to develop clear and concise documentation.

Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Hands-on experience supporting Zoom Rooms, POLY, Crestron, Biamp, Dante, and NDI.

Strong working knowledge and experience configuring Zoom Rooms and POLY Equipment.

Working knowledge of OSI model, TCP/IP, TLS, RTP, HTTP, SRTP, UDP, unicast, multicast, subnetting, VLAN, and DHCP concepts.

Forward-thinking attitude with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in enterprise service management and working at a global scale.

Willingness to relocate to Boise, Idaho within 1 year of hire date.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)

CTS-I (Certified Technology Specialist - Installation)

CTS-D (Certified Technology Specialist - Design)

A+ Certification

CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)

Dante Domain Manager Administrator Certification

Biamp Tesira Specialist

Crestron DM-NVX-N
