Lead Automation Testing with ServiceNow
Location: Bridgewater, NJ (Remote)

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+Years of QA experience with agile practices.
• Must have Experience building automated tests using ServiceNow's built-in Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Roles/Responsibilities:
• Good Interpersonal Skills.
• Resource needs to know the Incident work flow, need to know or should have worked one Catalog items
• Must have Experience building automated tests using ServiceNow's built-in Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Experience building automated tests for ServiceNow leveraging open source testing tools (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
• Document and report ServiceNow testing, verification and validation status and results including details of errors, non-conformances, recommended remediation and corrective actions
• Participate in Agile release planning for new ServiceNow feature and platform functionality, defect fixes, and platform optimization.
• Lead early access testing and user acceptance testing with ServiceNow platform and application stakeholders
• Ensure testing conclusions, recommendations and sign-off are supported by test results and necessary exceptions or deviations from requirements are documented.
• Service now for Compliance Management.

Must Have Skills:
• ServiceNow
• Automation Test Framework
• ServiceNow Leveraging Opensource tools like Selenium and Playwright

Work Authorization:
Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 09/06/2024
The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 - $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
