As an Azure Cloud Administrator – Team Lead, you will be responsible for the administration and management of Azure Cloud services and Windows Server infrastructure. This role demands extensive experience in Azure Cloud, Windows OS, and Azure Networking, with over 12 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Azure Administration: Implement, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Azure solutions, including services related to compute, storage, network, security, and other IaaS solutions. Server Management: Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019) and ensure optimal server performance. Security Implementation: Enforce security measures within Azure, including VNETs, Network ACLs, load balancers, and auditing. Data Management: Identify and implement appropriate cloud storage strategies for various data types, including transactional, archival, and confidential data. System Maintenance: Perform continuous system health checks, user administration, patching, and upgrades. Oversee backup and restore procedures and conduct periodic testing for business continuity. Process Standardization: Standardize and stabilize processes according to the ITIL framework. Documentation & Troubleshooting: Maintain documentation for both physical and virtual environments and troubleshoot issues to ensure quick resolution. Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to communicate effectively and ensure successful project execution.

Technical Skills:

Azure Cloud: Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Administration. Windows Server: Extensive experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019. Azure PaaS: Proficiency in Azure functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure SQL, among others. Networking & Security: Deep understanding of Azure Networking, including implementation and management of security features. Storage Solutions: Expertise in selecting and managing cloud storage solutions based on data type and business requirements. Virtualization: Experience with Hyper-V, VM sizing, and hosting applications on the cloud. Additional Tools: Experience with Microsoft IIS, DNS, Active Directory, SCCM, and SCOM.
