The restaurant accomplishes all the traditions expected from a steakhouse, offering the finest cuts of premium beef and seafood complimented by a cutting-edge wine and spirits program, and using local farmers and purveyors to highlight the regions finest ingredients.

Our Ideal candidate is:

A motivated beverage professional who is organized, passionate, and professional. You will be a leading part of our beverage team with a passion for educating and enthralling our guests. You have amazing attention to detail, and expansive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. You work well as part of a team, work well under pressure, and have experience in inventory management and beverage costing. You have a strong desire to learn and take a leading role in staff education and development.

What you bring to the table:

3-5 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume bar or restaurant Exceptional communication skillsExpansive food and beverage knowledgeExperience in recipe development, inventory management, and staff educationExperience in promotions and social media marketing is a plusIntellectual curiosityAbility to work clean, organized, and as part of a teamAbility to move and lift 40 pounds at a timeAt least 21 years of ageMust be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time

Pay Range - $10.00 to $15.00/hr. + Tips
