ABOUT THE ROLE
\nAs a Lead Building Automation Controls Technician here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of building automation systems. You will be accountable for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC, fire, and alarm control systems. Your expertise in building automation controls, including Tridium Niagara systems, will contribute to the overall energy efficiency, sustainability, and productivity of our customers' facilities.
\nYou will report to the Sr Field Service Supervisor and travel to the customer sites in the Denver Metro and surrounding areas / states.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nInstall, program, and maintain building automation systems, including HVAC, fire, and alarm systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to building automation controls.\nConduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure the optimal performance of automation systems.\nWork with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.\nProvide technical facilitation and training to customers and field service engineers. \nTravel 50-75% outside the metro area with occasional overnight stay.\nMust be available for occasional overtime and on-call rotation.\nCompany vehicle will be provided to travel to customer sites.\nOther duties as assigned. \n\nCOMPENSATION
\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $68,400-$85,500. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE
\n\n5+ years of experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting building automation controls.\nBuilding Automation Software programming skills.\nHS Diploma or equivalent. \nValid Driver's license. \n\nWE VALUE
