As a Lead Building Automation Field Service Technician (Ridgefield and New England Service Area) here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of building automation systems. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting these systems to optimize building performance and occupant comfort. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our customers' facilities.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the energy efficiency, sustainability, and overall functionality of our customers' buildings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot building automation systemsConduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performanceRespond to service calls and resolve technical issues in a timely manner  Provide training and support to building operators and end-usersStay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvementThe annual base salary range for this position is $62,000 - $76,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation or related fieldStrong technical knowledge and expertise in building automation systemsFamiliarity with industry standards and protocols (e.g., BACnet, LonWorks)Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsStrong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
