\nWe are looking for a Lead Business Analyst who will join our DDI team developing a case management system for our social services agency client.
\nAs the Lead Business Analyst, you will provide functional and analytical support for requirements validation, design and financial activities and develop and modify project deliverables and system documentation. You will also design online functionality and batch programs, as well as database queries and system reports, including modification of existing reports.
\nWork Responsibilities
\n\n Performing definition of user functional requirements by translating development and/or maintenance requirements into specifications.\n Leading requirements validation and gap analysis sessions to validate requirements prior to the design phase.\n Leading joint application design (JAD) sessions.\n Analyzing requirements to determine if there are any cross-functional dependencies with requirements in different functional categories. \n Working with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to fully understand requirements.\n Eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business needs of project stakeholders.\n Participating in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions in conjunction with client SMEs to determine functional design solutions to approved requirements.\n Creating screen prototypes to aid in design understanding.\n Creating cases, screening design documentation, and other system documentation according to standards.\n Preparing reports to track quality, quantity, and efficiency.\n Documenting system processes and procedures.\n Designing and modifying test cases and scenarios and executing system tests.\n Prepares test data for testing pin training, as requested\n\nQualifications and Experience
\n\n Have a minimum of three years’ experience as a business analyst or systems analyst or related work.\n Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.\n Exhibit clear communication, particularly written communication.\n Show knowledge of project life cycle.\n Have experience creating logical process flow diagrams.\n Able to perform and present root cause and downstream effects analysis.\n Display experience developing use cases and designing screens.\n Demonstrate skill and confidence in leading design discussions with users.\n Able to communicate between users and technical team members.\n Exhibit ability to develop and execute system test scripts and document test results.\n Have human services, and more specifically, child support enforcement experience preferred.\n\nFlexible Working

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $97-115k.
