We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst.

Principal responsibilities
• Work collaboratively in a cross functional team and take implementation ownership for enabling customer value add.  
• Flexible working hours to work with India, UK colleagues and relevant project stakeholder in odd hours pre-agreed 
• Work with Business to elicit, analyze, clarify and validate requirements for changes to the subject system 
• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and help identifying the underlying business needs from the user request. 
• Deliver detail user cases description/product backlog/story with clear acceptance criteria including technically feasible and realistic functional and nonfunctional requirements. 
• Provide support for IT teams to thoroughly understand business requirements for solution proposal, development and testing purposes. 
• Provide ongoing consultancy to business with up-to-date market info analysis result  
• Provide training on business background of features cross teams, e.g. testing team 
• Provide ongoing consultancy on production issues 
• Ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with business heads, senior managers, third party consultants, technical experts across the whole department and business users. 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions, internal control standards and external regulatory requirements, including the management of operational risk and adherence to the Group's standards of ethical behavior
