Role Overview-

Perform the role of a BA on the project, work with POs from customer side and liaise with onshore-offshore teams.

Exp in US Healthcare domain. Exp in EMRs is preferred Drive scrum team independently. Ensure healthy backlog for engineering PODs. Work with the team on user stories within a standard form. Suggest value adds to customer teams based on acquired knowledge, understanding the customer business. Be the bridge between product management from customer end and offshore team. Understand the big picture from customer and keep the offshore teams updated.
