Lead Business Execution Consultant – Know Your Customer Corrections Financial Crimes Operations

**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in our Financial Crimes Operations Organization who can help drive and execute a large and complex Remediation effort with strict regulatory commitments.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Help to create the strategy for large-scale remediation efforts including the selection of a strategicpartner(s) and strategic technology and the end-to-end requirements for both
+ Build and drive a repeatable and flexible process to deliver results with both urgency andaccuracy
+ Develop appropriate checks and balances to ensure high quality, minimal errors and rework
+ Track and communicate progress, accomplishments, risks and issues with leadership andstakeholders.
+ Drive productive discussions to resolve issues and facilitate critical decisions with the Chief Operating Office and line of business leadership
+ Inspect key phases of each remediation for soundness and achievability: evaluate the gap and approach, ensure in-scope population accuracy, validate stakeholders and decision makers, approve remediation actions and changes, manage the customer experience and relationship manager expectations where applicable, validate results through appropriate assurance processes partnering with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and data quality
+ Help to manage and develop multiple business functional areas with focus on implementing anddelivering long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements for cross-functionalstakeholders, and internal and external partners associated with the area of BusinessExecution or who are affected by its outcomes
+ Identify Business Execution opportunities and strategies for process improvement and riskcontrol development over the long-term in order to ensure operational excellence andprocess efficiency
Work locations: Charlotte, North Carolina; Minneapolis, Minnesota, West Des Moines, Iowa and Chandler, Arizona.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 1+ years leading large scale remediations/corrections especially those tied to regulatory commitments
+ 2+ years of experience working with data/technology teams to solve for complex data requirements
+ Experience leading in a matrixed environment
+ 3+ years of change management experience
+ Reporting and data analysis experience
+ Effective relationship management and the ability to influence and create an environmentthat fosters collaboration and credible challenge across multiple levels of the organization
+ Exceptional track record of driving organizational change, developing innovative solutions,and delivering results
+ Ability to translate complex technical concepts so that they are clearly understood insupport of sound decisions
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; effective in communication acrossvariety of audiences and constituencies, including executive management
+ Superb collaboration skills across multiple levels and functions with demonstrated successthrough decision making and in gaining alignment
+ Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
+ Experience working with audit on the validation of large projects
**Job Expectations:**
+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
