THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Lead Butler to provide guests with full service during their stay and assist with any special requests.

THE STARTING PAY: $21 per hour

THE-DAY-TO-DAY:

Lead and Supervise a team of Butlers helping them grown and develop within their own careers.

Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome

Guide guests through all phases of their experience

Handle guest escalations with patience and ensure their expectations are met.

Exhibit proper knowledge and service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages as well as menu items of every course

Follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by management

Item bills correctly

Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and POS stations

Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

Work as a team and assist all guests’ and employees’ needs and inquiries

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a server in a fine dining establishment.Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.High School Diploma, GED or equivalentExperience as a supervisor/manager within Food and Beverage.Experience working in a similar resort setting.
