**Job Title: Lead Cable Technician** **Job Description** Lead low voltage technicians needed for CVG project in NKY. Lead techs will run cable pulling crews, delegate tasks, read blueprints, and ensure the job is executed correctly from the field. Familiarity with Bluebeam or PlanGrid is a significant advantage. **Hard Skills** + 5+ years experience in low voltage installs/cable tech + 1+ years experience leading crew/delegating work + Ability to read blueprints + Experience with Bluebeam or PlanGrid software (plus) + OSHA 10 certification (plus) + Lift certifications (plus) **Soft Skills** + Leadership + Task delegation + Attention to detail **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 640 Hours. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Florence, Kentucky. **Work Environment** Contractors will work on a commercial site alongside other trades during installation phases.
