Lead Call Center Representative - Patient Engagement Center

This position is responsible for assisting the DCFU Supervisor with the first line direction, workflow monitoring, and prioritization for all DCFU clerks.  Duties also include coordinating and tracking all referrals with the DME vendors, pharmacy prescription confirmation for pick-up per patient or caregiver, Home Health appointments and additional duties as arise.  Uses judgment and makes decisions based upon DCFU policies and procedures.

Required qualifications:

2 years of experience with referral authorizations and processes in a managed care setting. Experience in a leadership role

Preferred qualifications:

2 years of college attendance. 2 years of leadership responsibilities and skill set.
