YOUR MISSION

Ensure our Q-Commerce Top Grocery and Retail Partners have their catalogs optimized and correctly integrated in order to maximize conversion, basket size, customer happiness and ultimately growth. This position will require effective interaction between our Partners and Account Managers, as well as analytical and technical proficiency in managing catalog tools.

THE JOURNEY

Define and own the assortment onboarding process with partners by creating/improving templates with simple but effective guidelines and ways of working Motivate, lead and develop a team of 4  analysts and interns Manage catalog change requests from partners, ensuring guidelines compliance, and SLA achievement, and educating & preventing partners from deviating from the expected behavior Define and implement an optimized catalog category tree aligned with Partners’ expectations through collaborative workshops Lead a significant migration project towards our new HQ systems (Delivery Hero) Analyze and identify assortment gaps in our Top Partners and collaborate with AMs/Partners to bridge that gap with clear timelines Own and track your KPIs (i.e. Conversion Rate, ATC, searches w/o results, etc.) and collaborate in the development of the Quick Commerce Masterpla Recurrent and constant Walk the Store to detect errors or improvement opportunities in the Glovo app Collaborate with the Accounts Manager to ensure alignment between Business and Partner’s goals  Bridge the gap between Glovo’s and Partner’s integrations team and ensure bugs/errors are mitigated and/or quickly fixed    Be part of the QC Leadership Team, working closely with the Heads of each vertical to unlock value in their domains

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

Minimum of 3/5 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG Category management Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with exposure to senior partners and cross-functional teams (you’ll manage, at least, 1 direct report) Experience in defining solutions to complex, strategic topics with a deeply analytical and data-driven approach to issues SQL knowledge, Phyton or other programming languages would be a plus Experience and ease in quickly defining creative and scalable solutions for manual/ad-hoc tasks Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well Grittiness, never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and address something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away “Organization” is your middle name Native fluency in  Italian and proficiency in English is required
