As a Lead Central Service Technician, you will provide general direction and training of staff as well as oversee the Technicians’ functions to ensure that production is maintained in all areas and assigned tasks are completed at UCLA West Valley Medical Center. You will also oversee duties and tasks in the absence of Central Services’ management team. Additionally, the Lead is responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow for receiving/transporting shipment, stocking inventory, fill order requests, and confirming departments’ needs are being met. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Guide and instruct Central Service Technicians Ensure compliance throughout the department Assist with data entry into software and/or database Maintain daily shift activity logs Manage inventory, reconcile deliveries, transport supplies Process departmental charges Inspect and sanitize equipment May be cross-trained in other areas to support departmental needs.
Salary Range: $31.37 – $37.46 Hourly
