Lead Central Staffing Coordinator (Full Time, Towson, 2pm-10pm)

General Summary:

Under the direction of the SP Workforce Manager, the Lead Staffing Coordinator leads the day-to-day operations of the staffing office, including delegation of tasks. As a team leader, you will be the primary point-of-contact for all team members, so the candidate should possess excellent communication skills. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve predefined goals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Work requires high school diploma 2-3 years administrative/clinical work experience in a clinical setting, including at least 1 year of staffing experience and at least 1 year of leadership experience. Must demonstrate: Excellent communication and leadership skills Organizational and time-management skills Decision-making skills Follow through on inquiries and projects to ensure completion Ability to manage the performance of others seriously, but tactfully A commitment to exceptional customer service Ability to multi-task with ease to handle the needs of various reps at the same time Work requires effective interpersonal skills to effectively work with people of differing backgrounds, personalities, and cultures. Work requires ability to work with Workforce Manager to document and implement standard business practices for staffing office.

Hours:

Monday through Friday and every other weekend, 2pm-10pm

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
