Subject Matter Expert: Provide support to cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all company and program requirements -
Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of program-related projects. Coordinate with different teams, track project milestones, and ensure projects clearly communicate milestones and risks.Training – Design, develop and deliver training for sales teams to ensure program compliance.Process Development and Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current processes, recommend and/or implement solutions, and collaborate with various departments to optimize compliance.Documentation and Compliance: Ensure program participation complies with internal policies and external regulations. Maintain accurate records, assist sales teams and internal stakeholders by staying updated on relevant laws and standards and clearly communicating the impact of updates to all stakeholders.Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights to improve/enable program compliance. Generate reports and identify trends using statistical and/or financial modeling.Skills required: Commercial and business acumen; decision making and critical thinking; managing multiple priorities; cross-team collaboration; training design, development, and delivery; understanding and communicating the impact of compliance and risk management for internal stakeholders; business analytics related to program reporting; and identifying and solving complex problems
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint Skills required.
Government sponsored program (E-Rate, RHC), Customer service and/or billing experience preferred
Experience in AT&T Business : 3+ years

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience.

Our Lead Channel Marketing - Government Subsidized Programs (E-Rate, RHC, OUSF, CTF) earn between $116,700 - 175,100 Annual in Atlanta, GA..
