Your responsibilities
As Lead Chemical Engineer you will provide leadership for projects in the space of water treatment, digital monitoring innovation and water reuse+recycling / chemical circularity within the Water RD&E based in Leiden, Thenetherlands.
You will work on designing prototypes and well as Data analysis for digital innovation and new sensor testing. In this role you will lead multiple million dollar projects using Pahe and Gate review processes.
You would work with virtual teams over the globe across functions and with external partners like customers, supplier and universities to drive innovations. This includes designing, planning, analyzing and reporting lab and pilot experiments, as well as managing field trials at customer sites especially in EU.

Passion and curiosity to solve complex problemsGraduate level (M.Sc, PhD) as a chemical engineer, environmental engineer or equivalent degree5-7 years of professional experiences in related fieldsPreferred experiences in the field of water and/or chemical circularityBackground in R&D work and excellent project managementExperience in digital solutions and data analysis and modellingCommitment for traveling for customer interaction and field testing (30% of time)Key skill set:
