Apply engineering skills and experience to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost by planning and executing engineering projects while meeting project cost and schedule objectivesSupport efforts to identify areas within the operations function where safety, quality, delivery, and cost may be improvedSupport feasibility studies, determine manpower and cost estimates, andDevelop engineering criteria to plan projects and drive smaller projects from approval and execution to recognize objectivesWork with others to ensure projects conform to local, regional, national, and corporate safety, environmental, and other applicable standardsSupport technical efforts to develop and integrate manufacturing processes for new and significantly revised productsMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering2 years of experience in a chemical, food, or related manufacturing environmentKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologiesNo immigration sponsorship available for this positionPreferred Qualifications:
