Qualifications:

Ph. D or MA in Chemistry including analytical chemistry, organic/inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, biochemistry and electrochemistry.MA with 7-10 years (or above) Industrial experience (RD&E or Technical Application), especially in new formula and solution development & deployment.2+ years’ experience in water treatment related (cooling water, membrane, process water, and wastewater) is preferred.Demonstrate track record in technical supports to help customer solve problem or effective execution in innovation deployment.Experience in managing innovation project.Demonstrate strong capability and effective teamwork with cross-functional/regional collaboration.Good English writing/verbal communication skill.Good learning agility with open minds and adapt to new environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to handle multi-tasks and focus on prioritiesLogical thinking in problem solving from root cause to solution developmentExperience in customer facing supportDemonstrate ability to identify customer needs and turn into technical requirements.Working experience in Semiconductor industry and/or MNC company preferred
