Role: Lead Clinical Application Specialist

Location: Field Based, covering the Central Eastern Europe, Russia and Israel region

We are recruiting a skilled and experienced Lead Clinical Application Specialist to join our Diagnostics division.

What are Hologic’s Applications Specialists responsible for?

Educating our partners, distributors and customers on how to use and troubleshoot our products efficiently. Crafting long-lasting relationships with our new and existing customers, becoming a trusted advisor and partner. Providing clinical education, support and training of the distributors' sales team  Providing expertise in the Diagnostics space. Collaborating effectively with the commercial team and assist in consulting, presentations and demonstrations. You will act as the technical expert. Develop strategies for our customer base including workflow strategies.

To be considered for the role we expect the following as a minimum expectation:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, preferably in Pathology and/ or Cytology.

Experience: 

Our mission is to be a global champion, and to do this we need you to be passionate, best-in-class and grounded in science. We want to know about your understanding of the IVD industry, including regulatory requirements, product development cycles and customer segments.  Minimum Upper-Intermediate level of English obligatory; other Eastern European languages (Polish, Czech) are welcome but not obligatory.
