Full-Time/Day Shift
$10,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

Assists the pharmacy management team in coordinating the daily organizational and operational activities of the Pharmacy. Provides oversight of pharmacists and technicians involved in pharmacy operations. Coordinates staffing as required per workload/staff availability.
The pharmacist has the responsibility to lead the integrated provision of accurate, safe, efficient and cost-effective pharmacy services through collaboration with peer pharmacists and other members of the health care team. The lead pharmacist oversees an area or specialty within the pharmacy department such as central unit dose, IV room, satellite pharmacy, etc. The lead role is considered a lead role and will be an opportunity to further develop that lead pharmacist leadership skills in preparation for a future pharmacy leadership role.

Required Qualifications:
PharmD: Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree: BS in Pharmacy. Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire. A minimum of 4 years of relevant practice setting experience or PGY1 with a minimum 2 years relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Training in Process Improvement methods such as Six Sigma, LEAN Methodology, and CAP tools. 1 year Leadership experience.Why Join Providence?
