Lead Clinician – Psychologist, LCSW, LPC (13074)

InGenesis is currently seeking a Lead Clinician (Psychologist, LCSW, or LPC) to work with our client. In this role, you will provide on-site services related to supporting the unique needs of the Unaccompanied Children (UC) population. Support UC behavioral health including referral and access to counseling and other supportive services, as well as all activities relating to the unification of UC with an Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) vetted sponsor.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinates the delivery of evidence based behavioral health services and case management to all UC in temporary HHS custody.Maintains clinician staffing levels as defined by the contract.Responsible for providing orientation and training to new clinicians on program policies and procedures, cultural competence training and child welfare best practices.Responsible for team building, coaching, staff appraisals, and performance measures.Adheres to contractual timelines and requirements related to family reunification.Provides oversight of clinicians to ensure quality control over work, ensuring initial assessment, individual care plans, psychoeducation and counseling sessions for the UC are completed and documented timely and accurately.Reviews and monitors individual diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.Oversees coordination with outpatient and inpatient community providers for additional behavioral services.Ensures clinician staff have required background checks prior to providing access to UC documentation and maintain current licensure.Updates and maintains UC records in accordance with contract and procedures.Adheres to program reporting guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in social work, 2 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience or a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science in which clinical experience is a program requirement, plus 2 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience/or bachelor’s degree plus 5 years clinical employment experience in the behavioral sciences.Must have previous supervisory experience.Must be licensed in the state of TNBilingual (Spanish/ English) required.

CPR (required)EBI - Emergency Behavior Intervention (preferred)
