Overview **This position is contingent upon contract award** SOSi is seeking a Lead Clinician to join us in supporting our customer’s mission in Greensboro, NC. The Lead Clinician manages a team of clinicians to provide quality clinical services for up to 1,100 non-citizen unaccompanied children (UC) under our temporary care in compliance with applicable standards, policies, and procedures of HHS Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) and other USG organizations. Essential Job Duties Coordinate clinical services for HHS ORR at their Influx Care Facility (ICF) in Greensboro, NC. Oversee all clinical services provided within the program. Supervise the clinical staff. Train new clinicians. Ensure the clinical team understands and follows all contractual requirements and licensing regulations. Ensure the professional capacity, therapeutic and cultural competence of the clinical team and residential staff by providing training, feedback, and clinical supervision. Ensure quality measures and outcomes are met in accordance with best practice and therapeutic standards. Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized measures. Ensure the clinical records meet the requirements of standards. Prepare for audits accordingly. Work with other program area Leads or Directors to ensure service delivery, safety plans, regulations and guidelines are followed and maintained. Facilitate collaborative working relationships with all clinical staff, multidisciplinary teams, community partners, service providers, management, and staff to ensure the needs of the residents/children and program goals, objectives and services are being met at the highest quality. Always work within the established ethical boundaries. Other duties assigned. Minimum Requirements Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must have a master’s degree in social work, two (2) years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience; or a master’s degree or Ph.D. in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science in which clinical experience is a program requirement, plus two (2) years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience/or bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of clinical employment experience in the behavioral sciences. Must have at least one (1) year of relevant supervisory experience. Must be licensed to provide clinical services in North Carolina. Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and a background check, after accepting a conditional offer of employment. Preferred Qualifications Experience and/or training in ORR operated shelters is preferred but not required. Spanish-English bilingual is preferred but not required. Work Environment Work in a fast-paced environment and remain emotionally controlled. Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to work flexible hours. We operate 24/7/365, inside and outside, all weather conditions. Travel throughout the U.S. as needed.
