Liberty Healthcare is now accepting applications for an available Lead Clinician position with our award-winning forensic mental health program at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
This cutting-edge program provides court-mandated forensic assessments, psychiatric stabilization, and restoration of competency to people who have been deemed incompetent to stand trial due to mental illness.
As a Lead Clinician, you will enjoy an array of leadership and direct care responsibilities, including:
+ Conducting psychosocial evaluations
+ Providing cognitive-behavioral treatment and psychoeducation to individual clients and groups
+ Documenting treatment services and writing reports
+ Communicating with family and collateral contacts
+ Taking a leadership role in treatment team meetings
+ Providing training and consultation to clinical, ancillary and security staff
+ Assisting with the assignment of new patients to treatment team members
+ Helping to ensure program clients receive high quality clinical services
+ Collaborating with program leadership
As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role, you can expect:
+ Starting salary between $95,000 and $105,000 (depending on qualifications)

You are a good fit for this position if you are licensed professionally as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
You should have the ability to lead others and also have experience serving people who are justice-involved.
