About the Role: As a Lead Clinician, you will: In partnership with the Program Coordinators and Program Director, help develop and oversee effective implementation of in-home treatment and programming for clients and families. Supervise Case Managers and Parent Aide / Educators to ensure top-quality care. Therapeutically maintain assigned caseload. Attend home and community visits. Participate in on-call rotation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a major in psychology, social work, mental health, counseling or other related fields. Minimum 5 years direct work experience assisting children and family preferred. Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle Ready to make a difference?
