Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Rowley, MA! We are seeking an experienced Lead CNC Setup Machinist. This is a temp to perm opportunity on 1st shift. **Role:** Lead CNC Setup Machinist **Shift/Schedule:** First shift 8:00AM – 4:00PM **Pay:** $27 - $36 per hour, depending on experience As the lead CNC Setup Machinist, you will lead a team of machinists and ensure that all operations meet our rigorous standards for quality, efficiency, and safety. This role requires both hands on CNC expertise and strong leadership skills, as you will assist workflow, resolve technical issues, and promote a production, safety-focused work environment. **Responsibilities Include:** · Operate and set up CNC Machines (Lathe & Mills) as needed to support production · Oversee daily CNC Machining operations, ensuring efficient workflow · Conduct quality checks on completed parts, ensuring they meet specifications. · Provide mentorship and technical guidance to machinists, promoting skill development and best practices. · Troubleshoot machining issues and work with the team to resolve them swiftly to minimize downtime · Collaborate with engineering and other departments to improve machining processes and implement enhancements · Maintain equipment by organizing and overseeing routine maintenance and repairs **Qualifications Include:** · 5+ years of CNC Machining experience, including setup and quality inspection (programming experience a plus but not required). · Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools · Previous supervisory or foreman experience is a plus but not required. · Strong troubleshooting skills with proactive, solutions-oriented approach · Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and guide team members · Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety ***If interested, please apply directly to this job posting!*** **Pay Details:** $28.00 to $36.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
