RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the day-to-day Dispatch operations Under the general direction and guidance from the Dispatch Manager, this role will be responsible for being the lead over the dispatchers Generate and dispatch service request work orders to technicians as per established process Coordinate training of new hires and existing dispatch personnel Ensure that all work orders are dispatched to technicians in a timely manner Process and submit warranty claim documentation electronically Serves as a dispatcher when needed or as directed Ensure Dispatch Team is successfully communicating with internal or external customers within company defined timelines Ensures all phone calls and e-mails are handled in a timely, professional, and courteous manner Make and receive calls/emails from the clients requesting service to outside vendors for follow ups on workorder status, creation or cancellation Adding new vendors and locations to the system Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma/GED required Problem solving: Evaluate a problematic situation and create a resolution based on planning and reasoning  Planning & prioritization: Determine the necessary sequence of activities and the efficient level of resources required to achieve both short- and long-term goals Ability to use good judgment, initiative, and make good decisions with limited supervision  Excellent organizational, and time management skills Strong internal and external customer service skills Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) required
