ECSS offers a higher level of support and case management services for adults living in Bergen County with 24-hour on-call support. This individual will act as the Team Lead. Responsibilities Therapeutic rehabilitative skill development Implementation of Illness Management and Recovery (IMR) principles and interventions Coordinating and managing services, both mental health and physical health Crisis intervention, as needed Provision/coordination of services aimed at active rehabilitation and support services to achieve restoration of functioning and the achievement of community integration Maintaining own appointment schedule and meeting work productivity requirements Other duties as assigned by management staff Productivity requirement of 60% face-to-face contact weekly Must be able to operate an agency vehicle and maintain a driving record acceptable to the agency’s insurance provider Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the helping professions including social work, counseling, psychiatric rehabilitation or psychology.
