Job description

Infosys is looking to hire Lead for its Compensation & Benefits team. In this role, the respective individual will work with Cross-functional teams to drive system enhancement and process improvement initiatives, prepare key analytics, benchmarking and research reports to analyze the business implications of employee compensation & benefits related initiatives and identify strategic HR interventions, guide teams on deployment of HR, track and ensure compliance.

Qualification
BasicBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 6 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant work experience with Master’s degreeLocation for this position is in Richardson, TX. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. Areas of Responsibilities:Developing and implementing competitive benefits programs, policies and proceduresWorking closely with HR and finance departments to forecast the costs and impact of benefits plansEnsuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations concerning benefitsNegotiating with vendors and administrators for best plans, options and rates for health and other insurance plansPreparing and managing the budget for benefitsKeeping up-to-date with benefits trends and legislation to ensure company’s competitive positioningSkills:Benefits DesignAnalytical Skills - Ability to analyze data on wages, salaries, and benefits costs and prepare reportsKnowledge of Regulations - Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits401K rules & regulationsOpen Enrollment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
