Lead Compliance Analytical Solutions Analyst (REMOTE)

What you will do:

As our Lead Compliance Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of Compliance analytical solutions. You will be involved in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and oversee the development and testing of solutions. You will also provide advanced user support, training, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will analyze complex datasets of all sizes from disparate data sources to develop actionable compliance insights.

Partner to define, analyze, and solve compliance problems by leveraging analytical skills and domain expertise.

Translate user needs into clear technical specifications to guide the development of effective solutions.

Develop analytical solutions that align with compliance objectives and deliver impactful outcomes.

Lead communication and collaboration across stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned from requirement gathering to UAT to production rollout.

Define tangible use cases that align technology with compliance goals.

Develop comprehensive documentation to create a knowledge base for future success and support ongoing operations.

Clean and prepare messy data from various sources.as well as integrate and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address ambiguous requirements.

What you need:

Required:

Bachelor's degree is required for this role.

Minimum of 4 years of work experience.

1+ years' experience creating dashboards using visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View, and Spotfire.​

2+ years of experience utilizing analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools to extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets.

Preferred:

2 years of medical device or pharmaceutical experience preferred.

1+ year of experience with the required elements of effective Compliance programs and relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., AdvaMed/PhRMA Codes, DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs, OIG Elements of an Effective Compliance Program) preferred

$75,300 - $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
