Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Developer Sailpoint
We have a potential requirement for a few analyst roles in the IAM ( Identity Access Management ) space. Please note that these will be completely operational role with no requirement of Dev or any coding experience. You will plan, execute, and manage your own tasks and responsibilities to meet Banking Client's IAM requirements, and provide regular status updates.
Responsibilities
• Well versed with SailPoint tool from operational standpoint.
• Understand things like Access provisioning and access revocation.
• Understand STL process and criticality.
• Problem solving skills.
• Work independently. Produce and maintain technical and business support documentation.
• The candidates / team will be required to handle accesses to 100 applications while referring the existing documentation. No development experience required.
• Provide regular and proactive status updates.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, proactivity, and a drive to succeed.
• Display an excellent client service attitude.
• Communicate effectively with a geographically distributed team.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Knowledge of IAM concepts and experience working with IAM solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a geographically distributed team.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodology in the SDLC.
• Understanding of banking industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into solution designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and escalate risks.
• Self-motivation, proactivity, and a drive to succeed.
• Excellent client service attitude and ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of scalable approaches and the ability to identify and address inefficiencies in systems.
• Experience with other IAM technologies and frameworks.
