Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, System Analyst/Project Coordinator
The System Analyst/Project coordinator position is responsible for leading the effort to understand business needs and identify how best to meet those needs. The responsibilities include project operational coordination, communication and management, gathering requirements and providing detailed documentation of Global Engineering APIs. You will be interacting with various business stakeholders including manufacturing, engineering, service teams, and vendors. The position also requires an overlap of four hours with resources based in the US.
Responsibilities
• Run daily Scrum calls and project coordination
• Create tickets and track progress
• Prepare release notes for project updates
• Develop and maintain APIs
• Understand REST API concepts and provide technical user documentation
• Proofread and enhance RAML 1.0 (Mulesoft) to HTML documentation
• Have a strong understanding of SQL, JSON schema, and complex JSON data
• Utilize tools like Draw.io or Miro for project visualization
• Use Postman or similar tools to test and troubleshoot APIs
• Communicate effectively with various business stakeholders, including manufacturing, engineering, service, and vendors
• Possess basic knowledge of IoT
• Be available for at least 4 hours of overlap with team members based in the US
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of REST API concepts and development
• Proficiency in SQL, JSON schema, and complex JSON data
• Experience with MS Office, Draw.io or Miro, and Postman or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of ECU or machines and IoT
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong written and spoken communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management.
• Successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment to deliver value-added solutions.
• Effective working relationship with the business to ensure business requirements are accurately captured, agreed and accepted.
• Adaptable to new technologies/practices and acts as change agent within teams
• Demonstrable ability to work under tight deadlines with multi tasks
• Demonstrable ability to manage time and workload within the timeline of the business requirements and team members
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Basic knowledge of ECU or machines such as tractors or automobiles
• Good understanding of Polarion ALM
