Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – FreshService Administrator

In this role, as a FreshService administrator, should be in a position to manage configuration channels, user management, custom forms creation, and widgets development to facilitate efficient ITSM operations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for administration and development support for the Integrated Service Desk Management module of FreshService.

Custom forms design, flow design, role and access management.

Reports and dashboards design and configuration.

Fresh Service asset management – import, configure, and customize.

widgets development to facilitate efficient ITSM operations.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

B.S in Computer Science or equivalent

Strong domain knowledge and technical orientation.

Knowledge of OS, MDM and Office Issues.

Good communications skills in English.

Should be able to deliver on tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

In-depth knowledge of ITSM and FreshService.

Proven experience with large-scale ITSM environment

Should be hands on with Freshservice administration and scripting.
