Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – Sysadmin Windows (on-prem and Azure)
The Azure Virtual Desktop Architect will contribute to technical planning, design, development/integration, and verification/validation of customer’s VDI and AVD environment.
Responsibilities
• Strong experience in Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop
• Implement, migrate and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments from Citrix
• Experience in implementation, migration troubleshooting FsLogix with Azure File storage or NetApp
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and concepts supporting IaaS
• Knowledge Experience in AD, Azure AD Windows,
• Manage GPO’s specific to AVD OUs for security hardening and automation
• Good Knowledge experienced in Azure Devops IaaC tools (Terraform)
• Knowledge in Azure Monitor, KQL Queries, dashboards, Scripting
• Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and availability of AVD systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AVD infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AVD with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AVD configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of AVD environments to identify areas for improvement.
• Resolving end user tickets and providing RCA’s
• Azure VM golden Image Life Cycle Management
• Administration, Monitoring manage application deployment using MSIX package, and keep golden images up to date.
• Expertise on ITIL and Service now tools.

 
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Windows Sysadmin in on prem and cloud environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Solid years of experience in domain of Identity and Access Management (IAM), PAM
Domain.
• Fluent English, oral and written
• Strong Analytical Thinking
