Drive the reuirements/design discussions for requirements to HLD. Provide Billing solutions to clients  Able to write requirements (BRD, SRD) To be able to prepare process flows, system flows, architectural artifacts Work in colloboration with teams/systems Able to communicate to leadership/management teams Softskills are mandatory (not added here, but to be part of)
