Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- BA_Scrum Master_PC Insurance

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs.
Responsibilities
• Requirement gathering and analysis of Business requirements.
• Work with client organization to understand technical requirements to implement IT Solutions
• Platform Rationalization and Modernization
• Response against RFP/ RFI related to Specialty Insurance Products
• Execution of Transformation, Integration Automation Programs/ Projects
• Strong Experience in writing SQL queries
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and Analytical reasoning ability.

• BE/ B Tech/ MCA/M Tech
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Strong Specialty Insurance domain IT knowledge
• BA Scrum Master PC Insurance
• Requirement Elicitation translate into technical IT solutions.
• Production Support of Insurance Apps under SLA/KPI ambit
• Strong coordination liaising experience with Vendors, Business Owners, Infrastructure, Cloud team, etc.
• Experience on JIRA/ Remedy tool
• Iterative / Agile / DevOps/ ITIL practices tools
• Data Analysis Data Migration experience
• Preparing Process Flows and Screen Mockups
• Execution of Transformation, Integration Automation Programs/ Projects
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and Analytical reasoning ability.
