YOUR IMPACT:
Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers’ businesses. As trusted advisor create and maintain effective customer relationships so as to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of leading-edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge. Actively contribute to the company’s solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects. Shape technical direction and technical strategies within the organization and for external customers. Contribute to organization’s profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities and by providing technical support for deal proposal development. Provides technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training.

 

Understands the roles and effectively engages other teams and resources within the company and partners.

Identifies overlooked opportunities suggested by technical expertise.

Facilitates smooth transition from sales to implementation by orienting the appropriate teams to the solution design.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

Understand the customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and to design an IAS (Identity, Access and Security) solution that appropriately addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity.

Lead a team of two or more consultants in the completion of one or more architecture, requirements, operational, or implementation deliverables

Lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of medium to large business unit level IT based solutions (typically within multiple technology or specialty areas).

Provide architectural direction for multiple medium sized projects concurrently. 

Evaluate if an information systems or operational architecture meets technical requirements and specifications.

Familiar with multiple architectural, development and operational methodologies (e.g., NetIQ Identity and Access Manager, Identity Governance and eDirectory).

Work with and under the direction of the Project/Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives.

Advice on solution and integration opportunities to defined segments.

Technical leadership on specific integration activities that are part of an engagement.

Planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment.

Participates in the selling process in C&I and also at times works with sales/principals on pre- sales activities.

Able to play a leadership role in business development activities for medium to large opportunities.

Lead in identifying, qualifying, and closing medium to large opportunities.

Position the company offering against the competition.

Be able to provide the company with voice of the account.

Play key role in preparing proposals and bids for medium to large opportunities.

Manage internal reviews and contribute to Solution Opportunity Approval and Review (SOAR) process for medium to large opportunities.

Collaborates effectively with the project manager to manage regional medium to large projects as necessary. For architectures of project, scope may include the technical management of customer staff assigned to implementation Plays a leading role in the Architect profession at the local level.

Makes consistent and ongoing contributions (at least 2 per year) to the company knowledge systems.

Make formal recommendations to customers to improve the level of job satisfaction for other company employees working on the project.

Able to design and present high-impact messages to customer's senior level management.

Build and manage long-term strategic relationships at Business Unit leader and CIO, CTO level.

Ability to tactically consider all sides of an issue within the contexts of time, breadth, and range of options.

Ability to systematically gather, assess and apply organizational, technical, operational, and sales/marketing information for business decisions.

Ability to prepare clear, concise, and persuasive communications for multiple audiences, including demonstrating effective writing and presentation skills, listening actively, and projecting a trustable image.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Must hold Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent degree like IT.

15+ years of professional experience, and at least 5 years of experience in the role of architect for building IAS (Identity, Access and Security) solution for medium and large-scale enterprise.

Install Configure and Deployment experience of NetIQ Identity manage.

Install Configure and Deployment experience Identity application, SSPR and Reporting Service. 

Configuring and Customization of Policies.

Configuring and Customization of Workflows.

Experience working on eDirectory.

Application Integration with Identity Manager 

Driver Development and Customization. 

Experience in Install, Configure and Deployment of NetIQ Access and Privilege Access Manager. 

SAML and Oauth Federation using NetIQ Access Manager.

Debugging and Troubleshooting of TCP/IP and HTTPS Protocol.

LDAP, Java Script, Shell Scripting,

Familiar with Unix and Windows.

Must be familiar with Application servers like Tomcat.
