Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Python Automation Engineer
This role, we are looking for a candidate to perform duties Python3.x based cloud automation and AWS SDK (Boto3).
Responsibilities
• Proactiveness; a hunger to learn and a curiosity for cloud engineering and architecture; an ability to hit the ground running when provided with documentation and requirements. A “wait and see” attitude, or requiring significant assistance from team members is a showstopper for us.
• Ability to collaborate and partner with our CTO Cloud engineering teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• CSPM/CNAPP experience, including auto-remediation and IaC scanning configuration
• Code analysis – the ability to assess existing code and determine if better solutions are available
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Threat modeling experience
• Code optimization
• Agile or other product management experience
• Code analysis – the ability to assess existing code and determine if better solutions are available
• Web development
• SaaS experience
• Container / K8s experience
• Wiz.io experience, including auto-remediation capability and custom rule development
• Rego
• Azure Policy development deployment
• Familiarity with both AWS and Azure technology
• Experience in F100 enterprise cloud deployments
• Vulnerability management
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Python3.x based cloud automation
• AWS SDK (Boto3)
• Software engineering as a discipline; e.g. experience in product , cyber or cloud software engineering teams
• AWS SCP or Azure Policy
• AWS or Azure IAM/RBAC policy
• AWS or Azure architecture concepts
• AWS CloudFormation Templates
• Terraform (especially Azure)
