Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, QA Automation Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities
• Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans and cases
• Understand application architecture and functionality for effective testing
• Perform functional, regression, end-to-end, and integration testing
• Conduct defect analysis, troubleshooting, and detailed reporting
• Contribute to quality management processes and improvements
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts using relevant tools
• Design automated test scripts for regression, negative, and defect retesting
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across locations
• Provide walkthroughs to business users for testing results
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience in functional, end-to-end, and regression testing
• Experience creating automation test scripts, including test data preparation
• Candidate should know how to formulate how/what to test
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• SQL scripting skills
• Hands-on experience in test automation using relevant tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work through ambiguity and coordinate with stakeholders
• Demonstrable track record of test ownership and accountability
• Experience in designing tests using various techniques
• DevOps mindset with a drive for automation and innovation

Robot Framework with Selenium library
