Principal responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and tools to succeed.Oversee the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions to meet business user requirements.Ensure that all delivered tasks meet business requirements and are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.Promote best practices in software development, including automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment processes.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into executable development plans.Support agile methodologies within the team, participating actively in scrum meetings and ceremoniesFacilitate system integration activities with other teams to ensure compliance with architecture policies and standards.Drive ongoing improvement in development processes and advocate for the adoption of the right tools and technologies.Work closely with global teams on joint development and maintenance projects.Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving production environment issues
