Key responsibilities for this role
Quality Focus
Ensure content clarity and quality per agreed framework.Keep consistency according to KONE guidelines and learning material governance.Address quality issues throughout content’s lifecycle.Implement best practices in content developmentIdentify and address potential quality issues proactively.Planning Focus
Develop, validate, and publish content within schedules.Communicate plans and estimates with stakeholders in various roles and locations.Mitigate risks during planning phases.Deliver learning content as planned.Collaboration Focus
Gather accurate information from experts, peers, and stakeholders.Guide, motivate, and coach global peers; conduct peer reviews.Supervise Content Development work in projects.Leadership Focus
Manage, delegate, monitor, and be accountable for the work of Content Developers.Lead Content Developers’ work without direct reporting lines by coaching, training and influencing.Customer Value
Understand stakeholder, SME and learner needs to create customer value.Identify and propose improvements for processes and systems.Key competencies and experience
Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education or English preferred5+ years' experience in learning content development or instructional design2+ years' experience leading a teamExperience with learning material creation including Articulate 360, PowerPoint, Word, PDFs, video editing experience a plus.Strong written communication and interpersonal skills and English proficiency Interviewing and information seeking - experience working with local and global subject matter experts, peers, stakeholders.Experience Developing content and working with adult learning principlesDigital media experienceAt KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
