This role supports Oracle's cloud businesses and includes conducting contract negotiations, project management and contract lifecycle management in a dynamic, fast-paced and exciting business environment supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. 

Manage complex contract negotiations supporting Data Center build-out and construction (tenant improvements) as well as Networking master contracts (focus on Legal terms).  Negotiate country-specific agreements under a global master to implement local laws/regulations where necessary.  Perform contract review and analysis to determine contract obligations, requirements and remedies.  Assist in preparing and drafting contract and service order documents.  Work cooperatively with internal stakeholders to meet business operation and cost objectives.

Knowledge of the Data Center and Telecommunication (network) industry. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully build relationships and influence individuals both up and down the organizational hierarchy. Ability to deal with potentially confrontational situations with patience, diplomacy and tact.  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Self-motivated to work independently to deliver positive business results. Confidently and appropriately exercise sound judgment. Ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders on a regional, global, and/or virtual basis. Strong organizational skills to manage and successfully complete tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment.  Ability to meet business critical deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.
