As a Lead Conversational Experience Designer, you'll develop the experience design discipline within the organization and delivers superior user experiences to achieve business objectives and successful client outcomes. You'll apply UX and UI principles and methodologies to enhance product design through user research and testing and solve the complicated business problems. As an expert in your role, you'll elevate the design acumen within the organization, ensure adoption of best practices and mentor peers.

Colorado, New York City, Jersey City, California, D.C and Washington Candidates Only. The salary range for this position is one hundred thirteen thousand dollars to two hundred thirty-six thousand five hundred dollars. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
