Lead Conveyancer - US Based Remote

Lead the conveyancing/processing team for Greater Philadelphia. 

Act as liaison between conveyancing staff, branch managers, and other transaction stakeholders.  Reevaluate and redistribute workflow as needed to maintain balance and efficiency throughout the team.  Identify opportunities to streamline processes to increase efficiency.  Maintain all financial reporting (check reports, invoice payment requests, PCard reports) for the team.  Provide all functions associated with support and processing of transactions from Agreement of Sale to Closing. This includes, but is not limited to, ordering title, certifications, HOA documents, and mortgage payoffs, reviewing title, preparing fee sheets for closing statement preparation, and communicating effectively with all transaction parties including agents, transaction coordinators, and title clerks. Manage multiple, concurrent processes in a proactive and highly responsive manner.  Maintain expected accuracy and quality including data entry/tracking, conveyancing/processing transactions according to the guidelines provided, and having necessary back-up to support actions.  Perform necessary tasks to convey/process transactions and successfully meet settlement deadlines of agents. Deliver an amazing agent experience by proactively building relationships with internal and external customers, providing prompt service and excellent communication skills, and demonstrating understanding and execution of required policies, processes and procedures while maintaining the highest level of customer service to our agents.
